These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KnoxvilleServices Home Services Directory at KnoxvilleServices.com, operated by BusinesSource, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Tennessee limited liability company. By accessing the site or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Free Listings include your business name, phone number, address, and links to Google Maps and Apple Maps. Free listings are provided at our sole discretion and may be removed at any time without notice.
Sponsored Listings include all Free Listing features plus your website, social media profiles, business description, category, tags, and a Sponsored badge. Sponsored listings are active for one (1) year from the date payment is confirmed.
By submitting a listing, you represent that: (a) you are authorized to list the business; (b) all information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading; and (c) the listing does not infringe any third-party rights.
The current fee for a Sponsored Listing is $52.00 USD per year. Payment is processed at the time of submission through our GoHighLevel payment form.
Sponsored listings do not auto-renew. You will receive a renewal notice prior to expiration. If a Sponsored listing is not renewed, it will revert to a Free listing (showing only name, address, phone, and map links) or may be removed at our discretion.
Refund Policy: Sponsored listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published to the directory. If your listing has not yet gone live, contact us within 48 hours of payment for a full refund.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these prohibitions without notice or refund.
By submitting a listing, you grant BusinesSource, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute the listing content on this directory and in related promotional materials.
The design, code, and original content of this directory are the intellectual property of BusinesSource, LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or scrape the directory without prior written permission.
We do not verify the accuracy of information submitted by businesses. Listings are published as submitted. We are not responsible for errors, outdated information, or misrepresentations made by listing submitters. Visitors use listing information at their own discretion.
Listings may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of linked sites. Outbound links include UTM tracking parameters for analytics purposes, which do not collect personal data.
This directory is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BusinesSource, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this directory, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $52.00, whichever is less.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Loudon County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the directory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
